After the rubber and bead is fed onto the drum at first station, the drum will rotate to the second station, where the bladder will turn-up for rubber coating and the coated bead will be pressed and removed from the drum. At the same time, the working procedure is being done on the other drum, which can save time and increase the productivity. The rubber coating quality is high. The rubber joint is smooth. No squeezing grooves, no warping or wrinkling at the rubber edges. The rubber is tightly coated, no deformation or scattering of the steel wire. Totally automatic production can be achieved.
